- Botanical Collection Books
An offshoot of the Digital Herbaria project, the Botanical Fieldbooks Collection is comprised of original handwritten field notebooks of Botanists including Aven Nelson, Elias Nelson, Leslie N. Goodding, Edwin B. and Lois B. Payson, Louis O. Williams and others identified only by initials. Specimens were collected primarily in Wyoming, but also in parts of Colorado, Nebraska, Montana, Idaho, and other states.
- 3D specimen scans
Three dimensional scans of fossils offer myriad uses and reduce impact on fragile and valuable objects in the collections of the University of Wyoming Geology Museum.

- Historic Maps & Images
Historic Map collection - Featuring over 1500 maps of the region and nation from the 19th and 20th centuries.
John M. Hill Maps and Drawings Collection - Cartographer and surveyor, John M. Hill created maps and drawings primarily depicting the layout of subdivisions and individual properties in Laramie and Albany County, Wyoming.
The Art in the Library collection highlights artworks by students and local artists which enrich the spaces of Coe Library.
